custom made secondary pan to meet the specific needs for your buildings
drainage system and full door insulation. Multiple cabinet choices are
available in eight nominal sizes for applications in a variety of room
layouts. Every unit is tested and inspected at the factory for trouble
free start-up. All components are accessible by simply removing the front
panel. Filters can be replaced without tools or removing the front panels
on cabinet units (FXY, FSY). Stainless steel fan coil units available.
First Co. Fan Coil Units (Part #fc-002)
Upflow indoor air handler with a chilled water coil
for cooling. The fan coil can be installed in a closet platform, hung on a
closet wall or recessed in a wall between the studs. The cabinet is made
of galvanized steel and is fully insulated. The condensate pan is sloped
to ensure proper drainge. 120 V motor, 24V 3-speed fan control,
Non-corrosive thermoplastic drain pan, easily accessible 1" filter.
